Review & publish FAQs

Turn useful conversations into accurate public answers—on your terms.

Review new drafts

  1. Open Approval queue and leave To review selected.
  2. Inspect questions grouped by topic and their ask counts.
  3. Choose Edit to correct the question, answer or topic, then Save.
  4. Choose Approve to publish the answer, or Reject to keep it out of public FAQs.

Good to know. Never approve an answer containing private information, inaccurate promises or outdated policies. Similar questions can be grouped, but you should still check each draft.

Manual FAQs and bulk approval

Use Add FAQ to create a new draft. Edit the placeholder question, answer and topic before approving it.

Approve all can publish multiple pending FAQs in a topic. Review every included answer first; the button is not a quality check.

Change or remove a published answer

  1. Select Published in the Approval queue.
  2. Use Edit and Save to update a question or answer.
  3. Use Unpublish to return an answer to review and hide it publicly.
  4. Rejected drafts can be deleted or approved later if appropriate.

Good to know. Live displays can use cached results. Static HTML already copied to your site does not change until you replace it, including after unpublishing an answer.

What this does for SEO and AI search

Useful, accurate FAQs on your own website can help search engines understand and discover your content. FAQPage structured data describes the visible answers; it does not guarantee enhanced Google search results.

RankChat-hosted FAQs live on RankChat’s domain. To publish content on your customer domain, use an FAQ embed, static HTML or the optional own-domain setup. Google chooses what to index and which canonical to use.

AI assistants vary in how they crawl and cite pages. An llms.txt feed offers a readable reference, but adoption and citations are not guaranteed. No theme, embed or feed guarantees rankings or traffic.
