Sign-in & password recovery
Confirm your email, return to your workspace, or recover a forgotten password.
Returning to RankChat
- Choose Log in on the homepage.
- Use your email and password, or Continue with Google if that is your sign-in method.
- Once signed in, open a chatbot from Chatbots. Use Sign out when finished on a shared device.
Forgot your password?
- Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
- Enter the email address you used for your account and request the reset email.
- Open the newest password-reset email and follow its link.
- Enter and confirm a new password on the reset page. Finish the update, then sign in with your new password.
Good to know. If a link is expired or already used, request a fresh link. A successful request screen does not prove that an email arrived; check your inbox and spam folder. Google-only accounts normally sign in through Google.
Confirmation emails
New email accounts may need confirmation before sign-in. Use Resend confirmation on the signup confirmation screen. If you entered the wrong address, return to sign-in and create the account using the correct one.
Never send your password, reset link or AI key to another person. RankChat documentation does not require you to share those secrets.
